Our design expertise has helped Tier 1 suppliers reduce the complexity of the tooling used in manufacturing parts for automakers. By reducing the initial tooling costs and cycle time, we helped reduce end-product costs. In another example, we were able to take several tools used by a manufacturer of commercial seat restraints and combine them into one tool with unique inserts, which reduced press setup times. Also in the design of  the tool, we were able to  cut their projected  cycle time by more than 50%, which resulted in large cost savings for our client.
